362 www.globallock.pt EN 1 – All sales made by GlobalLock - Ferragens, Lda, are based on the following general conditions of sale. 2 - PRICES – Prices applied are as per our price list. They refer to merchandise delivered to our premises, except when there is an explicit reference to the contrary. They will always be the prevailing at the date of supply. For orders above € 5000.00 (net), the cost of freight is included on the price, in which case the dispatch will be made by the means considered more convenient by GlobalLock. If the Customer demands a different transportation, then the respective full amount shall be debited. For orders under € 5000.00, freight will be at Customer’s expenses. The list prices for the products mentioned in this catalog may change without prior notice. 3 - DEADLINES – Delivery deadlines indicated by GlobalLock are considered from the date of acceptance of the order and are estimat- ed. The Customer cannot, in any circumstance, demand any compensation for failure in delivery or for delay in delivery. GlobalLock can undertake partial deliveries and enforce the respective invoices. 4 - QUANTITIES - GlobalLock reserves the right to produce the orders with a variation (for more or for less), on the respective quantities, according to the type of packaging. a) Minimum orders must be € 200.00 (net). All orders under this value are paid immediately. - vance. 5 - TRANSPORTATION – The transportation of goods will always be at the Customer’s expenses and risk. Customer will pay GlobalLock for the insurance of freight, which will always be previously agreed between GlobalLock and the Customer. Whenever goods arrive with a malfunction, fault or delay, in order to safeguard their rights with the forwarder or the insurance company (as only they can complain), the consignees must demand the due reserve in the freight bill. 6 - RETURNS – Any returns will only be accepted after previously agreed with GlobalLock. Returns of merchandise will be accepted provided: a) They are made within the deadline of 8 days after date of invoice. b) A Return Delivery Slip printed in the Customer’s letterhead, dully signed mentioning the reason for returning is simultaneously sent. c) There is a replacement of the goods due to manufacturing defect or damaged packaging. Goods returned after the mentioned deadline will only be accepted with the agreement of GlobalLock. 7 - COMPLAINTS – Complaints must be presented upon arrival of goods. In the case of complaint, the material must be sent to us for evaluation. When, eventually, it presents manufacturing defects, it will be replaced without any further cost to the Customer. 8 – PAYMENTS – Payment conditions are: a) Immediate Payment (against delivery) - 2% b) 30 days from invoice date - 1% c) 60 days from invoice date – No discount After 60 days deadline, GlobalLock reserves the right to, if it so wishes, discontinue the supply of goods. 9 – RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP - GlobalLock reserves the right of ownership of the goods until full payment of the selling price. 10 – COMPETENT JURISDICTION – To decide any dispute that may occur from the Commercial Transactions based on these conditions, the Forum of the Valongo County is appointed as the competent jurisdiction, excluding any other
